Online OSHA Safety Training
Overview
Your field employees can now complete their OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour Safety Training online, rather than having to train at a certain time/date and location. Priced at $99 per participant (10-Hour) and $199 per participant (30-Hour Class), these classes are fully reimbursed for employees of MWCC Members.
The Details
Construction workers who successfully complete the OSHA 10-Hour Safety Training Class will be certified by the Construction Safety Council. The narrated and interactive course is intended to be an orientation to OSHA safety training standards and covers safety and health hazards workers may face on jobsites. Issues to be covered include construction industry health hazards, OSHA’s “Construction Focus Four” (major fall, caught-in/-between, struckby and electrocution hazards), material handling hazards, OSHA-sanctioned employer responsibilities, hand and power tool hazards, OSHA-supported workers’ rights, personal protective equipment and more.
Construction workers who successfully complete OSHA 30- Hour Safety Training Class will be certified by the Construction Safety Council. The narrated and interactive hazard recognition training is a comprehensive overview of standards that OSHA has put in place for jobsite safety, specifically structured for hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention. Issues to be covered include OSHA’s “Construction Focus Four” (major fall, caught-in/-between, struckby and electrocution hazards), protection from crane hazards, steel structure hazards, confined space hazards, fire hazards, personal protective equipment and more.
